Thanks--I just need to figure out how to get rid of the 'undefined/undefined' thing. Is the font & color okay, easy on the eyes, I hope?

Blogspot makes adding the 'Poll Widget' easy: click 'customize' in the top navbar; 'add a gadget' in the sidebar section; and scroll down a few until you see 'Poll'.
As for fixing your "undefined..." I recommend eliminating your "posted by..." completely. It's superfluous (only if you shared this site would it not be). To alter your posted by: again click 'customize'; in the center 'blog posts' section click 'edit'; then uncheck or alter as desired.
Congrats Jen! And I'm looking forward to a new Thesaurus. And I too like the "new look."
